Tonight the Pearland Cobblers won their second home game against the Texas City Tall Boys 10-9. It was a hard-fought win as Texas City picked up 7 runs in the 9th inning.
At the start of tonight’s game, Mayor Quentin Wiltz declared June 9 to be Pearland Cobbler Baseball Team Day and threw out the ceremonial first pitch.
The Cobblers hit the road tomorrow, June 10, to play the Baytown Bulkheads!
