The Dawson Eagles opened their home schedule Friday night at The Rig in Pearland, welcoming the Deer Park Deer for the Eagles’ home opener and Senior Night.
A good crowd was on hand to support Dawson and recognize the football senior class before kickoff. While Deer Park came away with a 35-0 victory, the night provided an opportunity for the Eagles to celebrate their seniors in front of family, friends and the Dawson community.
The Eagles will look to bounce back on the road next Friday, September 4, when they travel to face the Fort Bend Elkins Knights. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m.
